Planning & Design
Planning and Design are together in our process because one informs the other cyclically not linearly. Meaning, all the planning in the world exists pre-innovation, or before new ideas or proofs are available. Those new ideas are often revealed in design. So as new things are tried and tested in design, it opens new doors for better planning. New plans that wrestle with 'how best to use this new innovation.'
What is best for your website and the people that will use it, is to view it as an ever-improving system. If it's viewed as a permanent fixture that will only be at it's best at the time of launch, you'd be investing in irrelevance. We suggest instead, you invest in remaining relevant, modern and future-focused.
Development
In an age when web-enabled devices are abundant and capabilities are not uniform, it is crucial to conduct business with this in mind. Years ago, and unfortunately still today, it's quite common to build one website experience for the desktop user and treat all others as a less important. Sometimes completely ignoring this use case. We view this as irresponsible, especially for breweries, where often the majority of your users will find & participate with your website through their mobile devices of preference, often while they are visiting.
